Prof. Dr. Paul Wouters is director of CWTS and professor of scientometrics at Leiden University. He is member of the editorial boards of Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, Social Studies of Science, and Cybermetrics, and of the Steering Committee of the Humanities, Arts, Science, and Technology Advanced Collaboratory (HASTAC).
